BIONETIX® · INTERACTIVE BCP® DOSAGE CALCULATOR

Wastewater & Environmental Bioaugmentation

Calculate BCP® product requirements by active treatment volume or solid-treatment basis for routine biological support, system recovery and intensive corrective treatment.

STANDARDIZED TREATMENT PROGRAMS

Select the program that matches the system condition.

Each program defines product quantity, frequency, duration and the point at which performance must be reassessed.

5-DAY DAILY COURSEIntensive Corrective and Start-Up/Recovery programs use one application per day for five consecutive days.
INTENSIVE CORRECTIVE5–10 ppm

For high organic loading, inhibitory chemical compounds, significant odors or clearly reduced biological performance.

Apply once daily for 5 consecutive days; evaluate before continuing or modifying treatment.
START-UP / RECOVERY3–5 ppm

For commissioning, recovery after an upset, biomass loss or a temporary decline in biological performance.

Apply once daily for 5 consecutive days; reassess after Day 5.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE1 ppm

For stable biological systems requiring regular support to maintain microbial activity and consistent treatment performance.

Apply twice per week. The calculator provides the total 250 g pouches required weekly.

PROGRAM 1INTENSIVE CORRECTIVE

Correct a significantly stressed system

Apply 5–10 ppm once daily for 5 consecutive days when high organic loads, inhibitory compounds, significant odors or reduced biological performance require maximum corrective support. Select the dose from process severity and evaluate after Day 5.

Concentration5–10 ppm

PROGRAM 2START-UP / RECOVERY

Restore or establish the biomass

Apply 3–5 ppm once daily for 5 consecutive days. Select within the range according to the severity of biomass loss and operating conditions, then reassess after Day 5.

PROGRAM 3ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Maintain biological stability

Move to routine maintenance once the system is stable and analytical trends confirm consistent biological performance. Apply the calculated dose twice per week.

APPLICATION GUIDEBEST PRACTICES

How to apply BCP22™

Recommended pointGrease trap, lift station, sewer line, holding tank or aeration basin
Application methodAdd water-soluble pouches directly, preferably during lower flow for longer contact time.
  • Place upstream of the FOG accumulation or treatment zone
  • Maintain aeration when treating an aerobic basin
  • Monitor grease layer, odor, foam, BOD/COD and settling
CONTROL POINTS

Adjust from evidence

  • COD/BOD and target contaminant
  • pH, temperature and DO/ORP
  • Flow, HRT and organic loading
  • Odor, sludge and process stability
